What is your refund policy?

We will refund 100% for refunds requested within 14 days of the date of purchase, and 50% for refunds requested after 14 days of the date of purchase.  Because we have facilitators who are assigned to you, they are employed and paid based on the number of participants. So we are unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the start date of your study program regardless of the date of purchase.
